How Our LTC Works
Our LTC helps patients who rely on continuous medications and other customized care for their medical needs. Unlike a retail pharmacy, we can help you more effectively monitor and manage your health over time, and ensure you get all your specialized medications in a timely manner.
Residents medications are synchronized to an agreed upon start date and delivered by our team on a monthly basis. On demand scripts are filled and delivered according to our mutually agreed upon timeline specific to your account. We have the ability to integrate QuickMar, a preferred Emar system used in LTC facilities, to assist in medication management or can provide printed MARs. Health Hero Pharmacy uses single or multi dose packaging that has been shown to improve medication adherence, which reduces doctor visits and hospitalization when the correct medications are prescribed for the individual.
