This is a hidden gem! The employees are super friendly and nice, hard to find nowadays. They filled my prescription super fast. That’s an A+ in my book!!
We had a hard time finding Paxlovid for my husband. Health hero had it…and Megan went far and beyond to help us get this medication that otherwise would have costs us over $1400.00. She was diligent dealing with our insurance and using a copay code coupon to get our costs at $0.00She was wonderful ! Thanks so much….and just to let you know he has much improved and back to work 👏❤️
THE best pharmacy of all time. Karen at the front is the most prompt, helpful, kind, funny, and sweet person I’ve ever met. She always goes out of her way to help me find my prescription if it is taking longer than expected. She has saved me SO much time. Also they have the best food and cute accessories!! I use Unasource/Health Hero over any pharmacy in Metro Detroit. If you have scripts that are hard to find a pharmacy for, they will help you get it quicker if they can! I LOVE THEM!!!!!
Wonderful experience at this pharmacy! They were able to fill prescriptions other pharmacies found difficult to complete! Super polite with her eat follow through!Might be a bit more expensive than Walgreens or CVS but worth it (to me) due to the quality of service.

Everyone at Health Hero Pharmacy in Troy is wonderful! My husband has had trouble getting his medication everywhere else but the staff worked to make sure he got what he needed and at a great price. They are so friendly and kind. They have a personal touch that you don’t get at big chain pharmacies. You will not be disappointed with their service!

Wow… there’s so much for me to put in this review thanks to Halah… first and foremost I won’t even dare touch another pharmacy because of her, she is so solution focused, on everything concerning my health needs, anything regarding insurance questions, and is genuinely concerned for my health, how she communicates and goes about everything makes me feel so comfortable, and so safe her service to patients is unparalleled second to none, the days when halah is not there and a different pharmacist is working is just not the same and they do not perform as good as her I’ll be honest she needs a raise, or some sort of promotion, halah has such a positive outlook and attitude and her ability to remember all her patients needs, concerns are amazing . I feel blessed to use this pharmacy due to Halah, and whatever pharmacy she is at I will follow due to her service, and intellect my entire family now goes to health hero just because of how good Halah is at her job. She understands all medications and is able to answer any questions, the fact she even recommended me a testing kit to see what medication works for my body to show my doctor is amazing and so helpful for me and don’t get me started on how knowledge on the dr Nandi supplements I purchased them all and love them due to her information regarding them HALAH DESERVES A PROMOTION! She is the best

This is, by far, the best pharmacy I have ever been to. They are so kind and easy to work with. You can call and speak to a person if you have questions. I have never had to wait in a long line, the scripts are ready quickly, and they even text you to let you know when it's ready! I am SO glad that this place is close to my house! Highly recommend!
